How It Works – Your Website Journey with JSN

You're ready to build your brand — and we’re here to make it simple, beautiful, and stress-free. Whether you’re a total beginner or just starting fresh, this page will guide you step-by-step through the process of working with us.

We’ve helped tons of entrepreneurs launch their first store (even without tech experience). You’re in good hands.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Pick the service that best fits your business:

Custom Website – You already have your own products or services, and we build the site around your brand.
Dropshipping Website – We preload your store with products, set up collections, and get you ready to sell — no inventory needed.

Once you check out, you're officially in!

Step 2: Complete the Website Setup Form

Right after purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Website Setup Form.

This is where you’ll tell us about your brand and vision:

Upload your logo and brand colors (or request our add-on branding service)
Share your business name, collections, and any must-haves
Select if you want custom or dropship products

Not sure about your style or colors? Don’t worry — you can request our Logo + Brand Kit add-on and we’ll create a vibe that fits your vision.

Step 3: We Start Building (First Draft in 3–5 Business Days)

You can relax — we’ve got it from here.

Using our Shopify Partner account, we’ll build your store in a private workspace — so you don’t need to purchase a Shopify plan until it’s ready to transfer.

Here’s what we’ll create:

A clean, branded homepage with banners and product collections
Easy navigation and mobile-friendly layout
Product uploads included as part of the service
Essential apps (like reviews, popups, or dropship integrations)
Your first draft is delivered in 3–5 business days

Step 4: Review & Revisions

Once your first draft is ready, you’ll get a private link to preview it. You can:

Request changes (image swaps, copy edits, layout tweaks, etc.)
Ask questions about anything you’re unsure of
Let us know what you love — or what you’d like adjusted

We’ll take your feedback and deliver the final version in another 3–5 business days.

Step 5: Transfer & Launch

When your website is approved, we’ll transfer it directly to your Shopify account — you’ll receive an email invite to claim ownership.

Once transferred, the site is 100% yours.

You’ll also receive:

A personalized walkthrough video showing you how to manage your exact store
Our beginner-friendly eBooks to guide you (editing banners, uploading products, connecting domains, and more)
14 days of email support to help you launch with confidence

Step 6: You're Live — and Supported

You’re not left hanging. After delivery, you’ll still get:

Digital guides (step-by-step eBooks)
A walkthrough video made just for your website
Support via email for 14 days post-launch
Tips for first sales, product updates, and more

What You Don’t Need (Yet)

You don’t need a Shopify plan to get started. We build everything inside our Shopify Partner account and transfer it when it’s ready.

You’ll only need to:

Create a free Shopify account (no plan required upfront)
Accept the invite when we transfer the site
Choose your Shopify plan when you’re ready to go live

Add-On Services (For Existing Websites Only)

Already have a Shopify site but need extra help? We offer services for store owners who want to upgrade or refresh their existing setup.

Product Uploads for Existing Stores – If you already have a site and just need help uploading or organizing products, we can take care of that for you.
Logo & Brand Kit – Don’t have a strong visual brand yet? We’ll create a clean, professional logo and color palette that fits your style.
Extra Page Design – Want to add a gallery, custom FAQ, about page, or blog setup to your current site? We’ve got you.

These add-ons are for customers who already have a website and are not included with the full website build — because we already do all that for you.
