Shipping policy

At Just Start Now, we specialize in digital services, including custom Shopify website builds, dropshipping store setups, branding assets, and eBooks. Because of the nature of our business, no physical items are shipped.

Delivery of Digital Products & Services

Website Services
Once your order is placed and your Website Setup Form is submitted, you can expect the following delivery timeline:

  • First Draft: Delivered within 3–5 business days
  • Final Website: Delivered within 3–5 business days after revisions are submitted and approved

Your website will be built inside our Shopify Partner account. When your final draft is approved, ownership will be transferred to your personal Shopify account. You’ll receive an email invitation to accept the transfer and activate your store.

Digital Downloads (eBooks & Guides)
Any digital files included with your package (such as guides, checklists, or eBooks) will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Files are typically delivered within 24 hours of final website delivery.

No Physical Shipping

Just Start Now does not sell or ship physical products at this time. All items are delivered digitally. There are no shipping fees, customs, or physical tracking numbers involved.
