At Just Start Now, all of our products and services are custom-built and digitally delivered, which means they are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange once work has begun or files have been delivered.
We’re committed to making sure you’re confident in your purchase, and we encourage you to read the details below before placing your order.
Digital Product & Service Policy
Because our offerings include custom website builds, digital design services, and downloadable resources (like eBooks and video walkthroughs), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Website services (custom or dropshipping builds)
- Digital downloads (eBooks, guides, templates)
- Add-on services (product uploads, branding kits, extra page design)

Damages or Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your digital content or if something was missed in your final delivery, please contact us at info.juststartnow@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your files or website link. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and make it right.
Changes or Edits After Delivery
We offer 14 days of post-delivery support for all website orders. This includes helping navigate your store and answering questions. Any design changes or additional revisions requested after the 14-day support period may require a separate service or maintenance fee.
