Posting Challenge, Showing Up Without Burnout
One of the reasons I wanted to create this posting challenge is because I have personally seen how much easier showing up online becomes when you are not doing it alone. One of my closest friends and I did a challenge like this together, and having an accountability partner completely changed the experience. Some days still slipped by, because life happens, but having someone else doing it with you made consistency feel possible instead of overwhelming.
Consistency is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to building a following. Not talent, not aesthetics, not even ideas, consistency. This challenge is designed to help you build a rhythm that makes showing up online feel more natural and sustainable. When you create a rhythm, posting stops feeling like a daily decision and starts becoming part of your routine.
The JSN Beginning of the Year Posting Challenge will run from January 1 to January 31 and is open to anyone who wants to be more consistent on social media. Beginners, people who post randomly, people who start strong and then disappear, and even those who already post but want more structure are all welcome. You do not need to be perfect, you just need to be willing to show up.
The challenge will live inside the JSN Support Group only, so it stays supportive and focused. To keep things simple and not overwhelming, the challenge is designed around posting on one Instagram page. If you have more than one page and feel comfortable doing more, you absolutely can, but the goal is consistency, not pressure.
One of the biggest parts of this challenge is planning ahead. Social media can feel like a full time job, but when we batch and schedule our content, it becomes much more manageable. We will be using prompts, Canva tips, posting ideas, and scheduling tools like Meta Scheduler to plan content in advance. This allows you to show up online even on busy days, without scrambling at the last minute.
There is a reason this matters for your business. Consistent posting builds brand awareness, trust, and familiarity. It helps people remember you, understand what you offer, and feel confident booking with you or buying from you. Scheduling tools reduce daily stress, prevent burnout, and give you back time while keeping your brand visible.
This challenge is not about going viral or creating perfect content. It is about building habits that support your business long term. You will have accountability, encouragement, and support throughout the month, and I will be right there with you. We are learning, adjusting, and growing together.
If social media has been feeling overwhelming or inconsistent, this is your sign to try something new and start the year with intention.
